Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. (If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date.) Orders returned without meeting the above criteria WITHIN THE 7 DAYS PERIOD WILL BE subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
To be eligible for a return, RETURN MUST BE INTIATED WITHIN THE 7 DAYS OF FULLFILLMENT, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded WITH AN ONLINE STORE CREDIT. Please remember it can take some time to process and YOU WILL BE NOTIFY ONCE THE STORE CREIDT IS READY.

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?

Once there, please select the eligible items you would like to Return. Once you complete the Returns process a Packing Slip + Prepaid UPS Return Label will be emailed directly to you! Print the label out and send your package back!
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
Expect an emailed E-Gift Card within 3-5 business days of the delivery of your Return at our fulfillment center. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed.
HOW DO I INITIATE AN EXCHANGE?
Returns or exchange are eligible within the 7 days of fulfillment. Enter your email address in the box above to Start an Exchange. Once you enter your email address a link will be sent guiding you to your Order History. Once there, please select the eligible items you would like to Exchange.
Please note that we only offer Exchanges for the same item in a different size, if available, and you are only allowed an Exchange 1 Time Per Item. Once your Exchange has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the Exchange Request to be processed and shipped.
